Interstellar - Watching Movies in May 2015

Rented a couple of movies. Hadn’t rented a movie in long time. Since they gave me half off rentals for 2 weeks, I may rent a couple more. Besides these two that I’m going to write about, I want to see the second Captain America. I haven’t seen the second or third Hungry Games, I wouldn’t mind seeing those. I haven’t seen a lot lately besides the stuff I go to the theater to see and  movies on Netflix. Not sure what else is out that I’ve wanted to see? What movies did you like that have come out in the past couple of years?

Interstellar: This movie was interesting. Space, gravity and time, I definitely can’t explain what happened. Going to have to watch it again to see why what happened, happened. They send a handful of people into space through a black hole to check on another group of people how were sent through to set up shop on different planets to see if humans could inhabit it. That’s when the movie started to get weird.

The small round spot towards the left hand side is the first planet they went to. (I think) The big ring behind it is a black hole. I don’t know how big the planet is but that black hole looks huge. There’s a part of me that’s interested in space and there’s also a side of me that’s scared of it. The more I watched the movie, the weirder it got. Left me wondering how space and black holes really work.

THOR – The Dark World: Not sure why I hadn’t seen this movie yet? It wasn’t that good. There were parts in the movie that were ok but overall, they could’ve come with something better.
